I’m Barry and I’m making some big changes this year. I’ve currently not drunk for 49 days and I was a big binge drinker and would prefer doing drunkenness to pretty much anything else. I have some big plans this year so will be recording my progression and I’ll post the odd post on here too. Here’s a couple of things that will be happening this year.

No Drinking Booze

I’ll run a half marathon

I’ll be a hell of a lot more positive

I’ll be driving and striving

I’m also going to have a self help programme in place and ready for 2018.

I hope I can inspire and lead the way for however needs a direction.
